I respect everyone’s preferences for their own body and all but one thing I can swear is that I will never, ever, EVER get a full Brazilian wax.

There’s no way in hell I want to look like a fucking child in bed… the last time I looked that way was when I was fucking ten years old and not only is it unsexy to recreate that, but it’s unsettling and gross. Not over my dead body.

I support people grooming however they want, but please take a moment to reconsider the connotations behind going fully bare.

And I would immediately ditch a guy who insisted or even brought up the idea of me getting a Brazilian. Maybe I’m overreacting, but it would honestly feel like “you don’t want to have sex with me, you want to feel like you’re having sex with a child”. And that’s weird and creepy and gross.

We know that our society correlates body hair with adulthood. A man is a “real man” when he has pit hair, leg hair, chest hair, a beard, etc. We view completely hairless men as emasculated or feminine.

So it isn’t that we see lack of hair as feminine, it’s that we see lack of hair as childlike, and that’s a desirable quality in femininity.

Tell me that isn’t unsettling at best and pedophilic at worst.

Tell me how, exactly, the natural body hair situation of a 7 year old girl is somehow more sexy than the natural body hair situation of a 27 year old woman.

Go ahead, try.
